Dimitri B.has spent many years studying how people communicate online and how easily trust can be misused in digital spaces. Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and now living in Canada, he came into this field gradually — through work in international relations, translations, and later psychology, where he became interested in how people read signals and make decisions in unfamiliar situations.

His involvement with Verified-Love grew out of simple observation: too many people were losing money, time, and emotional stability to scammers who knew how to manipulate distance and uncertainty. Dimitri writes about these patterns, explains how scams evolve, and focuses on practical steps that help people stay aware rather than afraid.

Outside of research and writing, he prefers a quieter life — books, sports, and long conversations with family and close friends.
